Bridgette is Scorpion’s Chief People Officer, leading all aspects of the company’s talent strategy, including employee experience, attraction, retention, rewards, development and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to Scorpion, she was the Global Chief People Officer for a start-up agency within WPP and Global Corporate People Lead for WPP, and now brings more than 20 years of experience as a transformational HR leader delivering results leading a variety of HR functions, transformation initiatives, and business and HR strategies. She has built her expertise in talent strategy and execution with extensive experience building and leading high-performing teams in complex and changing environments. Bridgette’s passion for people and the quickly evolving nature of workplaces have led her to Scorpion and she is a key player in its success.

Bridgette holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. When she is not working, Bridgette loves spending time with her large family, cooking, traveling and reading historical fiction.
